Rhiannon, the Dark Witch of the Coos

Outside, the wind screamed and gobbled—old wives cringed in their beds and slept poorly and told their husbands that Rhiannon, the Dark Witch of the Coos, was riding her hateful broom this night, and wicked work was afoot.

The distinctive Witch of the Coos title and witch identity support a likely connection. Eyes of the Dragon mentions a folk belief. No passage confirms that Rhiannon is Rhea’s alias or supplies a shared biography, age or timeline.
